  • Introducing a Strategic Partnership Between Cleantech Open-Midwest and MRUN

    Through ongoing collaboration, Cleantech has created a program tailored to MRUN members. This partnership aims to accelerate the launch of startups and the commercialization of new technologies of MRUN Members. Cleantech Open (CTO) is the oldest and largest clean technologies business accelerator in the world. Cleantech Open-Midwest, a division of CTO, serves 13 states and the two Canadian provinces north of the border and is currently accepting applications . To apply for the CTO by May 1, visit midwest.cleantechopen.org.

  • Deadline Extended to Jan. 13! AUTM 2017 Venture Forum Business Plan Competition

    Is your startup's business plan worth $10,000? Compete with academic and research institution-affiliated startup companies during the AUTM 2017 Annual Meeting in Hollywood, Florida USA. The forum will include a business plan competition, where academic-affiliated startup companies pitch their business opportunity to a panel of seasoned venture investors for a $10,000 cash prize. The event will provide valuable experience and feedback to our startup finalists, and will be educational for meeting attendees. The deadline to apply is approaching on January 13th.

  • InvestMidwest Seeking Applicants to Present

    Now through January 13, 2017, the 18th annual InvestMidwest Venture Capital Forum is seeking high-growth, Midwest companies to apply to present at the conference. This year's event will take place on March 28-29 in Kansas City. In past years, participants have included up to 45 companies in the three industry tracks of life sciences, technology and food/ag/bioenergy. Past presenting companies at InvestMidwest have raised over $1 billion in funding and through acquisitions.
