Here is the detail on directions and link to the map at Google: https://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Auditorium,+8045+Lamon+Ave.+Skokie+IL+60077+United+States
CATTEC is held at the ISTP Auditorium at 8045 Lamon Ave. in the Illinois Science + Technology Park. Check Google as above or for directions and more information about the conference facility and location go to: http://www.scienceparkillinois.com/getting_to_illinois_science_technology_park
Where to park?
A convenient multistory garage is available on the east side of the park (this is directly behind the conference venue at 8045 Lamon). Garage address is 4835 Searle Parkway, Skokie, IL. This address can be used on GPS systems. When you turn onto Searle Parkway from Skokie Ave the Garage is essentially the first building you come to on the left – turn into the parking ramps ther – you never actually drive as far as Lamon Ave. From the pedestrian entrance at the side of the parking garage (near elevators and stairs), follow the path to Lamon Ave. (about 100ft.), turn left and enter 8045 at the main entrance (another 100ft.)
Short term parking is sometimes available on Lamon Ave. directly in front of the building where the auditorium is located. If you need to drop off something you could likely part there briefly. The ISTP folks request that you please park in only designated parking areas.
Hotel accommodations are available at the Doubletree by Hilton, Northshore Chicago Call the hotel directly at 847) 679-7000 mention you are participating in an event at the Illinois Sciecne and Technology Park. Also, additional hotel information near the ISTP may be found at http://www.scienceparkillinois.com/travel_resources_at_illinois_sciences_technology_park
